It's 1965 and a 12-year old Sam is in love with Suzy. When the two decide to run away from their sheltered community of New Penzance a storm is forming on the horizon causing worry across the town. When the adults realise Sam and Lucy are gone they form a tactic search party to retrieve the couple before the storm gets to them.
